Abstract

Presentation of the idea behind the cross correlation and the resulting measurement principles of PIV, IPCT, BOS and PROPAC. During the lectures the components of the systems are described and their role inside the measurement techniques is explained. Typical mistakes are displayed and a way out is given. After the lectures a practice is given on the different measurement techniques, which enables the students to directly use their knowledge.
