Kurzfassung
— The proposed paper explains how the sun can shine a light on an innovative and sustainable answer to a scalable outdoor cooling solution in Qatar. The intent of the groundbreaking solar cooling solution is to rebrand the outdoor environment in Qatar during the hot season so it is comfortable and more appealing for people to experience an open air activity, rather than staying inside a confined environment. The proposed engineering solution is trying to set the path towards a zero-energy scalable outdoor cooling. The solution aligns itself with the aspiration of reducing the Qatar’s carbon footprint using an environmentally sustainable and economically affordable solution capable of providing optimal outdoor comfort conditions for human being as well as ensuring controlled outdoor environment for particular application in the industrial arena.
