Kurzfassung
In order to alleviate cities and their citizens from aircraft noise, an aircraft model has been designed within the Ger-man research project ‘Bürgernahes Flugzeug (BNF)’ (trans-lated: citizen friendly aeroplane) [1, 2, 3, 4]; it will be opti-mized to enable quiet, efficient, short take-off and landing. This work presents aeroacoustic measurements performed on a BNF half model by means of a microphone array. The focus of the aeroacoustic measurements lies on the noise generated by an active Coanda flow control system used here.
