Kurzfassung
We present results of a public survey on modelling practices and tool preferences, in the ener-gy domain. The survey covered experiences with and usage of programming languages and models, model selection criteria, software development practices, and model interoperation. Our findings are contrasted by an assessment of openly available energy tools.
