Kurzfassung
Before aircraft can be authorized for operation, they must undergo a series of qualifications. An essential part of this is the validation of flight performance. This must also be carried out in the constantly growing UAV market. In addition to the actual parameter time series and their evaluation, various reports must also be written for a wide variety of organizations. For example, the test centers or drone officers require lists of the missions and flights carried out. In most cases, several departments require very similar information. The requirements usually vary only slightly. Nevertheless, several different reports often have to be filled out. However, this process is rarely automated or fully digitalized. In addition to handwritten forms, Excel or Word templates are also used. To make this task easier for pilots and project participants, we present a variation of our Automated Reporting for Flight Tests. Here, the data of a drone is transferred via Asset Administration Shell or Mavlink to the twinstash digital twin developed at DLR. For this purpose, a project is created in the software and the necessary metadata that is not automatically transferred by the UAV are added during the upload. The reporting tool then compiles the necessary data in the required reports and sends them as a document to the relevant departments.
