Kurzfassung
Sloshing of LH2 in partly filled cryogenic fuselage tanks may be a threat for the tank attachments in crash load cases with high deceleration levels of 20g or more. Two alternative numerical methods to analyze sloshing under high accelerations are presented and compared to each other and with a simple approach to distribute the LH2 mass over the tank surface. In addition, the aspect of future integration into full aircraft crash simulations with an automatic process chain is discussed.
