This presentation showcases how simulating potential disruptions, such as flight delays and aircraft on ground events, can be used to test and improve the recovery strategies applied by a flight disruption management tool. The presented approach helps to minimize the impact of real disruptions, resulting in better cost efficiency and improved on-time performance.
