Kurzfassung
This Poster elaborates on an explorative study that compares an AR-based vStop HMI with an information restriction method during navigation to a baseline without any information restriction. The study used a between subject design and was conducted in a virtual reality environment. Participants had to navigate to a vStop, solely relying on a simulated mobile AR device. User Experience metrics (location of information retrieval, Usability, Workload, and Acceptance) during task solving were captured. The results give practical implications for the use of AR in demand responsive transportation use cases.
