Kurzfassung
The development of reliable test frameworks for advanced driving assistance systems and autonomous vehicles poses a key challenge for today's automotive industry. For this purpose, a visual scenario description language, designated as Traffic Sequence Charts (TSC), has been developed. The induced specification of objects via rectangular bounding boxes enables the creation of traffic scenarios in both highway and urban domains. However, the application of rectangular bounding boxes prohibits the description of non-rectangular angles and curvature, which are vital for complex scenarios, such as roundabouts or intersections. This thesis explores two novel approaches to allow for the definitions of these missing features by the application of transformation techniques and the definition of new object types for the TSC definition.
