Kurzfassung
A microbial community containing 9 bacterial species was created based on the most common bacteria in public transportation, which can be used as a reference microbiome for testing the efficiency of decontamination and detection methods, and also as a bioaerosol. In addition, the created microbial community was characterized with regard to its behavior and abundance of individual strains under the stress conditions of irradiation, desiccation and cold storage in order to investigate the stability of the product.
