Kurzfassung
To further exploit efficiency potentials and enhance safety and reliability of avionic components conventional hydraulic systems are being replaced by partly or fully electrical systems. The introduction of electromechanic actuators in modern flight control systems is of special interest. The operation of electric drive units with corresponding power electronics in safety critical applications yield in strict requirements for reliability and availability. To fulfill these requirements apart from redundancy and fault tolerance techniques the condition monitoring is a key technology to safely determine the components condition prior failure. Together with a condition based maintenance the direct operating cost can be drastically reduced compared to conventional preventive maintenance approaches. To enable the exploration an test of condition monitoring systems the aim of this paper is the development of a motor control electronic along with the implementation of the corresponding control algorithms for the control of permanent magnet synchronous motors.
