Kurzfassung
The goal of this thesis is the development of a 3D visualization for analyzing airplane wings properties. In the scope of the thesis composites are the main material of the wing. For its implementation, a literature research is conducted to identify the types of already existing visualization methods. Plus, the requirements for the visualization are based on a survey. In addition, the fundamentals for the creation of 3D wing models and their properties are presented. In the practical programming part, implementations are carried out to determine which visualization techniques are particularly suitable for the creation of these models. Based on the results, models are developed and compared. The degree of orthotropy, main stiffness directions and buckling stiffness are the properties in focus and described in more detail. It is carried out a final visualization, which allows fast recognition of properties of a complex structure, such as a wing. Generally, 3D visualization of properties seems to be a suitable option for the production of real case models, as it allows the vivid and fast analysis by a constructor of detailed models with different characteristics.
