Kurzfassung
Results are reported of three wind tunnel campaigns performed in the transonic wind tunnels DNW-TWG and DNW-HST. The NA2 multi-delta wing model was tested with two triple- and one double-delta wing planform. The corresponding configurations are known as NA2-W1, NA2-W2 and NA2-W3. Tests were performed without control surfaces and also with deflected LEVCONS and leading edge slats. The model was tested at Mach numbers in the range M = 0.4 - 1.3 with a focus on M = 0.50, 0.85 and 1.10. The corresponding Reynolds number range was Re = 7.7-106 - 13.3-10s. A focus was on high angle of attack aerodynamics with angles of attack up to 40°. For all configurations angle of attack sweeps were performed at different angles of sideslip, and sweeps of the angle of sideslip (-10° < ß < 10°) at different angles of attack. In addition, for selected flow conditions pressure distributions were determined on the lee side of the NA2-W1 configuration by means of pressure sensitive paint. A complete compilation of all tests is provided and results are briefly reviewed and exemplarily discussed.
