Kurzfassung
Effective performance in teams is a vital safety issue in aviation and one of the most important factors in Pilot’s job requirements. However, evaluating social interactive skills in aviation and space assessment procedures is carried out throughout unstructured or semi-structured interviews, paper based group tasks with subjective observer judgements, or single-person priorization tasks with limited significance for real life’s teamwork situations. DLR has developed GAP, a full computer-based small group (3-4 persons) test system for personnel selection and training purposes. The empirical analysis in two samples (n=104 and n=131) revealed convincing statistical relations between GAP variables and other variables
