Kurzfassung
The topic of this project work is "Implementation of a collision detection and distance sequence function on an automated sound measurement system". The scientific faculty is on the one hand in electrical engineering with the application of electronic components and on the other hand in automation technology where individual work steps of a process are to be automated or monitored. In research and development, electrical engineering will become increasingly important in the future. This offers the advantage of making work processes easier and more convenient. In order to improve the working process of the sound measuring device, the existing system is extended by a distance sequence function, collision detection and a remote control. Initially, Internet research was carried out to determine suitable electronic components. The corresponding components were ordered and tested for function and usability in test rigs. The tests have shown that an ultra-sonic sensor for distance measurement is to be used for the distance sequence function. A mechanical enclosure with tactile triggering is used for collision detection. A serial remote control is provided for remote control. The three systems mentioned above could be integrated into the system as hardware and software and put into operation.
