Kurzfassung
The Dawn spacecraft started in early May 2018 its elliptical orbits during the second extended mission phase around Ceres. During these orbits we got framing camera (FC) images over selected regions (mainly from the craters Occator and Urvara) with a resolution between 3 and 5 m/pixel. We used these images to calculate an uncontrolled high-resolution mosaic over these regions. The mosaic has a very huge image size (currently about 80 GByte) and will be extended with following images from slightly different locations on Ceres during the next months until the end of the mission and we expect a mosaic size well above 100 GByte. This mosaic has to be tiled for geological analysis, we propose a tiling schema which subdivides the mosaic at every 10° latitude starting at the equator. We also propose special cut-outs for areas of interest like Occator and Urvara. Both, the full mosaic and the tiles will be made available to the public in GoeTIFF format at the PDS Small Bodies Node (SBN) and/or the DLR Dawn public web page (http://dawngis.dlr.de). We will provide the data in real format to use the full dn-range and also in byte format which allows a better handling of the large files.
