Abstract
Temporal radar signature have been calculated from mean values of several fields per crop type. The curves support the possibility for crop monitoring with radar. Differences ahve been observed between frequencies as well as between co-polarizations ind ependence of the crop phenological state. Correlations between biomass, soil moisture and mean backscatter values are presented.
