Abstract

We have analyzed images of Mercury's limb obtained by MESSENGER'S Mercury Dual Imaging System for studies of the planet's global shape. To test our results we have undertaken comparisons with Mercury Laser Altimeter (MLA) data and digitial terrain models (DTM) derived by stereophotogrammetic methods.
