Abstract
Im Rahmen einer Studie, bei der Schwerelosigkeit durch Kopftieflage simuliert wurde, wurden alpha2 und beta2 adrenerge Rezeptoren bei 6 jungen Freiwilligen untersucht. Die Dichte der entsprechenden Bindungsstellen je Zelle steigt unter Simulationsbedingungen, die Antwortfaehigkeit der beta-Rezeptoren nach Gabe von Stimulantien bleibt unveraendert. Eine "up-regulation" der adrenergen Rezeptoren waehrend der simulierten Schwerelosigkeit ist moeglich aufgrund der verminderten Katecholaminkonzentration waehrend der Kopftieflage.
