Abstract
This paper presents a new processing algorithm for spotlight SAR data processing. After introducing the spotlight imaging mode, a very useful formulation for dechirped SAR signals in the range Doppler domain is proposed. A strategy for processing stripmap data in the spotlight mode is introduced.
