This validation report proves that with TAMS benefits for holistic airport operations management can be achieved: More passengers were transported due to the 6.6% fewer passengers left behind while suffering less delay in queues and on the departure side of aircraft operations ( 22.2% delay and +11.84% punctuality). It was possible to have these benefits while maintaining the same level of resource costs within the terminal and even reducing the costs for airlines due to the reduction of fuel usage (12.12% less engine running time). The experimental analysis shows that expectations of the TAMS solution’s behavior are met, providing a positive impact on costs, the environment and operations in general.
