Entwicklung einer bauteilbezogenen Preform-Technologie für die automatisierte Fertigung kohlenstofffaserverstärkter Hochleistungsbauteile

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the production of preforms using different methods. As target component an omega-stringer was chosen as it is currently used in the production of Airbus A350. For the production of these preforms, technical solutions have to be designed and developed which are adaptable in terms of automation. Preform-systems shall be created to produce preform samples with them. These samples shall be analyzed for accuracy of thickness and radius. With the arrived knowledge and values, these methods are compared and their suitability for the selected component can be evaluated. Finally for all system concepts are developed, that allow integration of these into mass production.
