Abstract
Das Projekt Future Airport Management Operation Utility System (FAMOUS) hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die luft- und landseitigen Aspekte des Flughafens zur Erhöhung der Leistungsfähigkeit zu bündeln und diese in einem ganzheitlichen Airportmanagementsystem zusammenzuführen. Damit bietet sich für das Projekt „[..] die Chance, einen Quantensprung im Bereich des Total Airport Managements (TAM) zu bewirken [..]“1. Mit Hilfe des „[..] Einsatz[es] von Prognose- und Planungswerkzeugen wird die Verlässlichkeit bzw. Vorhersagbarkeit des Luftverkehrs signifikant [ge]steige[rt].“2 Zur Abstimmung der Ressourcen zwischen allen beteiligten Partner im Airportmanagementsystem wird die gemeinsame Plattform zur prätaktischen Planung und Umsetzung von Entscheidungen Total Operation Planer (TOP) entworfen.
