Abstract

Sensors of electromagnetic radiation for scientific studies and industrial applications have been developed to meet peformance criteria from different fields e.g. Public security, astronomy and planetary research as well as nanophotonics, nanobiology and quantum cryptography. Here we present hot-electron bolometric (HEB) detectors intended for use in theTHz receiver of a real-time security camera.
