Abstract

The DLR Tau code was used to predict the acoustic damping rates in the two dimensional generic combustion chamber configurations. The aim of the present study was to assess the applicability of the compressible Navier-Stokes solver Tau using an upwind scheme on unstructured grids for the prediction of acoustic damping.
