Abstract
This paper describes an approach to negotiation aspects between airport stakeholders that will be addressed within a Total Airport Management Airport Operations Center. The basic principles and background ideas of Total Airport Management will be briefly explained, followed by the targets that negotiation procedures try to follow and the rules and guidelines that negotiation procedures will have to follow within the Total Airport Management context. A description of a prototypical implementation of a computer supported negotiation system is given. The outlook for future activities together with a description of still open issues in this domain conclude the paper.
