Abstract
SCIAMACHY on ENVISAT has now successfully achieved more than 4 years in orbit. Since Summer 2002 the instrument is providing a continous data stream of spectra and geophysical parameters, operationally via the ESA ground segment and scientific demonstration products provided by many scientific groups. These data products are widely used in many application areas. In the next years SCIAMACHY will continue to provide further significant contributions.
