Abstract

This document deals with a change of the RPG concerning the Nadir beamwidth. The Nadir beamwidth in elevation is supposed to be 10°, i.e. 5° in both directions from the Nadirpoint. Recently a bug was reported that the Nadir beamwidth in the RPG is assumed as the regular elevation beamwidth of the available beam (around 3°). This bug was corrected due to IOCS-NCR-117. This document decribes the impact to the performance due to the necessary change in the RPG and shows that the impact is not causing problems at all. It is also to justify that no other steps are to be taken.
