Abstract

The radiometry section describes the passive remote sensing activities of the microwaves sensors group. The work on imaging principles like linescanners and aperture synthesis are outlined. Various application areas like reconnaissance, surveillance, geo-physical parameter monitoring, and security are discussed and many measured and simulated results are shown.
