Abstract
The impact of the weather on the flight duration of aircraft has been analyzed in various studies. The complex aspects of the weather, which are accordingly reflected in the weather data, demand sophisticated techniques to visualize the data as well as analytical results of data analysis methods. In this paper we discuss several modern techniques for data visualization and their application in air traffic management.
