Abstract

The flow in the vacuum wind tunnel V2G Goettingen with a 15 deg half angle conical nozzle, 400 mm test section diameter, and Ma &#61 15 is calibrated by Pitot pressure measurements. The flow is characterized by all relevant flow parameters given in tables and figures. The flow is approximated by a source flow model for the analytical evaluation of mean flow quantities in a test window 70 < x 230 mm behind the nozzle exit and 0 < y < 60 mm around the tunnel axis.
