Abstract

The database system is founded on the basic model of d`ALMEIDA(1991) and is intended in its first step for maritime applications. The user has to choose location and time for his simulation calcu- lations of the radiation transport. The system offers proposal as tables and graphic presentations for aerosol height distributions and optical parameters. Depending on the user requirements of the simulation calculations the user may modify the data content (e.g. variation of the mixing ratio, height distribution, humidity).
