Abstract

The material parameters, permittivity and permeability, have been determined for a lot of samples in the frequency range from 8 GHz to 110 GHz. Measurements of the S-parameters in a waveguide and measurements of the reflection and transmission factor under free space conditions have been carried out for this purpose.
