Abstract

Die Grundlagen der Allan-Varianz als eine statistische Charakterisierung der Stabilitaet einer Frequenzquelle im Zeitbereich werden gegeben. Fuer den Frequenzbereich wird die spektrale Dichte vorgestellt. Ein Algorithmus, speziell fuer die Programmiersprache IDL entwickelt, wird gezeigt. Erste Resultate zur Bestimmung der Allan-Varianz von Atomuhren und GPS-Zeitempfaengern sind aufgefuehrt.
