Abstract
Das Manuskript beschreibt vier satellitengetragene Synthetik-Apertur-Radar-(SAR)-Sensoren, die den Stand der Technik auf dem Gebiet der Fernerkundung mit aktiven Mikrowellensensoren darstellen. Zwei Systeme (ERS-1 und J-ERS-1) befinden sich im Betrieb, zwei (Radarsat und X-SAR/SIR-C) sind in der Vorbereitung.
