Abstract
During the first year of cooperation between DLR and the Spanish flag carrier IBERIA a parallel version of the German DLR test-system for the selection of student pilots was developed and applied in Spain. The results of the first selection campaign and of the statistical evaluation of the tests are reported. Comparisons between different groups of applicants are made.
