Abstract

This paper presents the validation of the multi-disciplinary design code PrADO-Sup for supersonic commerical transport aircraft. For this purpose the only flying SCT, the Aerospatiale/BAe Concorde was redesigned. A typical SCT mission was flown and the results for the redesigned Concorde are compared to the real aircraft. Some further improvements to the aerodynamic model of PrADO-Sup are discussed and the resulting more accurate supersonic drag polars for the Concorde are shown.
