Abstract
MultiSat-WebService is the concept for a web-based multipurpose satellite service consisting of an on demand in-orbit configurable payload. It covers all value chains as an end-to-end scenario from customer to system infrastructure. Main objective is to achieve a maximum broad applicability of the payload configuration for user defined value-added information services with best access to the market via internet. The mission statement of MultiSat-WebService for mobilit and traffic is to provide actual information of a selected region for traffic management purposes at any time and from anywhere via modern media.
